Exchanges (US)

We offer free replacements and exchanges and free shipping on new product. To proceed with an exchange, please use the link at the top of this page, or email info@hushedsocks.com with the reason for your exchange

 

Exchanges (UK)

If exchanged due to incorrect size selection or personal preference, we offer free replacements but charge a small shipping fee for your new socks (you can keep or donate the original pairs!). For any manufacturing defect or damaged items, we offer free replacements and free shipping. Returns/Refunds (US & UK)

Items may be returned to our warehouse for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only. We will send a return label to use. The cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Order changes & cancellations:

Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from when the order is placed. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at info@hushedsocks.com. Please note that after 24 hours of order, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but we will honor an exchange if requested!
